So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . "The furniture was very worn!! Threads showing through the coach and lots of handles off of the drawers. Closet doors had to be forced closed. But the WORST thing was the main reason I booked this room. The beachfront balcony. It was absolutely COVERED in bird poop!! Both of the chairs & table were COVERED as well. We couldn't even sit outside to enjoy the view. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I will never stay here again! "
