"Breakfast menu was great but there was only cranberry juice, the others were out. Clean room but mattress was saggy, not firm. Pillows were nice."

"Host canceled reservation 16hrs before trip in which I was informed of the cancellation only after I asked about how I would be able to acces the property at check in time. I would not recommend if u really need somewhere to stay because you may very well not have anywhere to stay."

"If we are in the area again and this peaceful place is available, we will definitely book again. Cassandra is very accommodating and makes the stay feel like you are at home. Any questions I had prior to booking, after booking and through the stay, she was very responsive and very helpful. From the little extras to the linen and towels, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"The rooms were dirty. We were placed in two different rooms. The first room had dirty bed sheets, there was odd stains on the shower curtain and the shower was not usable. Not to mention the tub was peeling and dirty. The door had a huge break on it that was covered up with a large sticker. The baseboard was peeling off and the room was very dusty. The second room wasn't much better. It too had odd things on the shower curtain and the air conditioning ran for a short while and quit working. All night we had to keep adjusting it to get it to work. We also noticed the smoke detector was not on the wall and not covered. We did not eat breakfast because we did not trust the cleanliness of the place after our experience. However, I was going to try coffee but as a diabetic, I couldn't have coffee because they didn't offer artificial sweetener. They had vending machines but everything was sold out.The only reason we stayed was because it was late and we had been driving over 12 hours that day to reach our destination. Days in and wydhm should be ashamed having their names on this property. The staff was patient and nice but it was not a good place to stay."

"The room and employees were wonderful! I was just there in Feb and they had a complimentary breakfast and now it’s a restaurant that charges for breakfast! $16 for breakfast, especially during the week, is ridiculous! We were not told before we went in! There was a sign on the door in 14 pt font. I couldn’t read it going in the door up front and there was NOT one on the door going into the restaurant! I paid for this Holiday Inn expecting the same complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed!"
