Apartment 'Herrentor' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The cozy apartment is located in the heart of Emden: within walking distance of the city center, the green Emder Wallanlagen, as well as the most beautiful walks and waterways on the Emder Siel.

The accommodation

The centrally and quietly located 3-room apartment was modernized in 2024 & furnished with a lot of love.



In addition to the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, the spacious garden invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation to the fullest and leave everyday life behind.



The 75sqm apartment has a light-flooded living room with fully equipped kitchen and central dining area.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay.



The master bedroom is quietly located and has a Smart TV. The double bed has electrically adjustable slatted frames and the second bedroom, which is also large, can be accessed via the living room. Both double beds have Emma brand mattresses.



The spacious garden invites you to relax on a sun lounger, read on the terrace or enjoy breakfast al fresco. A charcoal barbecue is available for a cozy barbecue.



Of course, the terrace can be used all year round, but please note that due to the North Sea weather, we prepare our terrace for outdoor time from May to September.



The large smart TV, equipped with Waipu TV and Netflix, offers a comprehensive entertainment program. You have the option of watching all the usual cable channels via HD, and the TV has optional streaming services that you can easily log into.



Plenty of comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi allow you to work from home if required.



Free parking is available directly in front of the building and along the street.



Pets are very welcome! Please register them when booking.

Prachtig huis en tuin in rustige buurt

Pros: Mooie indeling, Heel schoon,de rust, dicht bij het centrum en zo op de autobaan. Contact met de verhuurder is zeer goed zij reageert meteen.
