This charming 40 m² flat with mountain views is less than a kilometre from the lake and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 20 m² garden and terrace. - Open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, 6 place dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A 2-bedroom with 1 double bunk bed and a double bed (140×190).
- Shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

- An enclosed garden with a south-east-facing terrace, mountain views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Embrun, 3 km from the town centre, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
