"The hotel was very nice. However, there were some minor issues we had over a long Memorial Day weekend stay. First off the elevators on the property are very fast, however, they are also very loud. You hear them throughout the building constantly and it makes it difficult to sleep. The bar staff was mostly friendly, although they through away our unfinished drinks a couple times, and offered to make us new ones but always charged us for them. "Gated and secure parking was why I chose this property. However the water was turned off for about 10 hours during the day and considering my crazy schedule, that put me without shower families for 2 days. "Parking around here was terrible with lots of homeless wandering around. Expected reality in a city, but the parking garages around there are not secure. Some guests had their car stolen from the garage the night I was there. Homeless lady approached my children while eating breakfast asking if they could fix her a waffle while in the hotel. Not exactly a safe area. Riverwalk is nice."
