"I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may be several more days and without an so much as an apology but "anything else" Never have I ever been treated so rudely over a mistake the HOTEL MADE and did little to assure it was corrected nor did they apologize. They were a few very nice front desk attendants that did try to help but couldn't then the other half was not so kind and acted like I did something wrong."

"What i liked is that the rooms was very clean and the people was very helpful but trying to get the room when u get there was to slow for me because we had been there for at least 3 hours before I got my room I had to tell them I had my elderly mother with me for them to respond quickly u wish that they would do better in getting the rooms clean on time before people check into the hotel that would be a plus because it dont matter where u book from I feel u still should get a quick response for checking in just my thoughts but great stay"

"The property was easy to find, well maintained, clean, welcoming and the decor was spot on. We especially liked sitting on the front porch, watching the water, and hearing the surf. We had no problems with check in or out. Good communication with the owners when we decided not to get the golf cart. We will return and would recommend this property to others. "

"Spacious and comfortable. Well maintained, clean and easy check in. Great covered space below 1st floor with seating. Expansive land and completely fenced in backyard. Great for young kids to play."
