Sveda Hof - Holiday home 10

House 10:
In our large holiday homes (about 70 square meters) can accommodate up to 8 people. In 2 separate bedrooms you will find a double bed with the dimensions 180 x 200 and 160 x 200 and on the sleeping loft are 3-4 single beds ready for you. The living room is equipped with a couch, coffee table, satellite TV and radio. In the kitchen you will find next to the dining area a sink, kettle, filter coffee maker toaster, pans, pots, dishes, glasses, etc. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The covered terrace is equipped with seating. Extra bed / cot are only possible on request!

Thanks to the obvious cooperation partners, you can gain a cultural insight into the transformation of our unique lake landscape in a variety of ways.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Vernünftige Unterkunft

Wir haben das große Ferienhaus für 8 Personen gemietet. 2 Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein Schlafboden stehen zur Verfügung. Beide Zimmer im EG haben jeweils einen Schrank zum verstauen der Kleidung. Der Schlafboden hat eine Art Kastenschrank für kleineren Krims-Krams. Das Haus ist nicht gedämmt, besteht "nur" aus Masivholz. Bei hohen Aussentemperaturen ist es auf dem Schlafboden sehr, sehr warm. Es steht ein Ventilator zur Verfügung um die Luft ein wenig zu verwirbeln. Besteck und Geschirr ist auf 8 Personen ausgelegt. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. 8 Gläser und 8 Tassen sind auch vorhanden. Ein Herd mit 2 Platten steht zur Verfügung, allerdings gibt es weder Mikrowelle noch Backofen. Das Bad hat eine große Dusche und ein Waschbecken sowie 2 Schränke für Hygieneartikel. Toilettenpapier waren 3 Rollen vorhanden. Der Parkplatz ist 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Zum Entladen kann man direkt vor das Haus fahren. Ein Grillplatz mit 2 Grills ist vorhanden. Ebenfalls Grillbesteck und Grillanzünder. Im direkten Ortsbereich gibt es leider keinen Bäcker. Dieser ist 6 km entfernt und sollte mit dem Auto angesteuert werden. Im Ort gibt es eine Gaststätte, welche wir aufgrund von Corona nicht besucht haben. Einkaufen kann man in Weltzow (7km) oder Senftenberg (15km). Ein See liegt im direkten Umfeld(1km) und auch die Autobahn ist nicht weit entfernt (ca. 15km). Alles in Allem würden wir gerne wieder kommen und bedanken uns für die nette Woche.
