"Wir (Familie mit zwei ältere Kinder) haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet ausreichend Platz mit drei Schlafzimmern. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt. In zwei der Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sondern "nur" Ventilatoren. Trotz der Hitze während unseres Aufenthalts, ließ es sich aber aushalten. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche, ist sehr gut, sodass man gerne kocht. Gerda als unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort hat uns das Haus blitzsauber übergeben. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr schön, der Pool toll zum Schwimmen und kaum benutzt, sodass wir oft alleine waren. Mehrere Supermärkte erreicht man nach kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto, Restaurants und ein Bäcker liegen wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Sandstrand fährt man ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto, der nicht überlaufen war. Von hier aus kann man gute Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, Valencia und Alicante sind gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt."

"Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr schön.Die Einrichtung insgesamt war auch schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab deutsches Fernsehen und die Küche hat sehr viel Einrichtung. Einzig ein paar Messer (scharfe) haben noch gefehlt.Ebenso wäre für manche evtl eine Waschmaschine toll, gerade wenn man länger bleibt. Oder dann vielleicht ein paar Handtücher für Pool oder Strand extra. Ansonsten hat alles gut funktioniert, Klimaanlagen sind sehr gut und unerlässlich in der heißen Jahreszeit. Die Kommunikation mit Carla war reibungslos und sehr angenehm. Check in hat auch spät abends wunderbar funktioniert.Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig. Ein Auto ist wichtig, da Einkaufsläden (zumindest wenn man mehr Dinge braucht) zu Fuss erreichbar sind, aber schon 15 Min weg sind (zu Fuss).Der Strand ist auch gut zu erreichen (auch 15 Min zu Fuss) oder mit Auto. Alles Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Trotz Hauptsaison war nichts überlaufen. Es gibt überall Bars und Restaurant. Wenn man ein Auto hat alles top zu erreichen. Alles in allem: Wer einen gechillten erholsamen Urlaub will ist hier genau richtig!"

"The villa is big and was very clean on arrival, perfect for large families/groups. The local host Natascha was friendly and helpful. Dénia is a pretty town with a fantastic beach and plenty of supermarkets but a car is definitely recommended. We did use uber and that was fine although prices varied from 12 to 50 per trip to town depending on the time of day! While the villa is lovely & very well equipped, it is a bit tired looking so wouldn’t describe it as luxury….bedding and towels were mis-matched and a bit worn. We also had an issue with the pool while we were there, Natascha was helpful in getting it sorted but it meant we couldn’t use it for a day & a half which was very disappointing, particularly for the young children who had been loving it! I hadn’t realised when booking that electric was extra, we paid 170 for the week. Also worth noting that the bins are a fair way…needed a car just to take the rubbish out.Overall we had a great stay, loved the size & space that allowed privacy despite being a large group, and the tennis court was a fab addition."

"Lovely hotel, perfect if you want some rest and relaxation. Right on the beach with pool, restaurant and beach bar. Would stay over and over again. Drinks are a little bit expensive for Denia but it’s worth it :-)"
