"We rented this property for a birthday getaway. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat and shuttles you over, she was very nice and helped us load and unload everything including my toddler. The weather was great, the slide and kayaks were utilized and everyone had a blast. The kitchen was fully stocked with most cooking things you could ask for. The main bedroom's bed frame may need fixing, perhaps the previous guests broke it during their stay. Otherwise everything was great!"

We used the campfire space twice and there was plenty of wood (even dry) everywhere for our use. "We came in to deal with some family business in the area and decided to stay at Doug & Mimi's cabin. They were very accommodating, as our flights were all late. They have a very clean and accessible cabin. It's far enough to get some glorious views (sunset and star) and close enough to be in town quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for some solitude, but amenities near by. Doug and Mimi were awesome, informative and hospitable. First class host!"

I can’t say enough about what a great experience my family had. Big views of sunset from the master, to the living room to even the dining area. Gorgeous!
