This diminutive hidden gem is a classy getaway tucked just off Main Street on a beautiful, garden-side courtyard. Amenities include luxurious bedding, a large in-suite clawfoot tub, plush bathrobes, a Nespresso machine, WIFI, air conditioning and exterior fire pit.

Just a few steps from stores and restaurants in Cleveland st, and 10 min away by car from Santee State Park and Santee National Golf Club.
The space
Newly refurbish the Outhouse is a small but comfortable room, with luxurious amenities. A Clawfoot tub to have a relax bath. Cotton - Sateen sheets for a deep sleep. Linen towels and robes to feel like in a five star hotel.

It also has a private courtyard with an exterior fire pit to enjoy the night under the canopy lights.

It is at floor level, with just one step to enter to the room.

Filthy tub

This pains me to write because this could’ve been a great little stopping point, however the bathtub was actually filthy. It smelled like urine and there is a dark grey film that needs to be scrubbed off. I get that old tubs can have stains but these are not stains and could’ve been removed with cleaner and elbow grease. I had camped for a week and just wanted to take a nice hot bath; I did not get to take one. Also I would add a sign for the cottage because it was confusing as to which door it was and the key pad was camouflaged.
