Ellmau: Quaint holiday home, 350 m to the mountain railway in the mountain doctor village

  • Holiday house for 10 people approx. 350 m from the valley station of the Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau - you can drive to the valley station directly from the front door in good snow conditions.
    The house has on the ground floor a bedroom (140 cm wide bed) with shower, refrigerator and washing facilities, a kitchen with a wood stove, a dining room, a storage room, a separate toilet, a sauna with a shower, a room with an engine and a ski crystal. Upstairs are a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, 2 shower rooms and a room with 2 single beds. The house has a garden.
    Bed linen, WiFi, sledges, cots and highchairs are available. There is a kicker in the house. In summer, a table tennis table and a giant trampoline can be used. The house is operated with electric heaters.
    A deposit of EUR 300.00 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded on departure if no damage to the house and furnishings has been caused.
    Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. and departure can be before 10 a.m.
    The house is optimally occupied by 8 people.

    Ellmau - TV location: The most popular television series shot in Ellmau include the Bergdoktor and the Rosenheim Cops. Various Christmas programs that are filmed in Ellmau are also popular. Known filming locations are the Rübezahlalm, the Ellmauer Alm and the Wochenbrunner Alm.

Gemütlich, griabig, problemlos - gerne wieder

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Beschreibung war sehr zutreffend, Lage ist etwas Abseits und wir waren als Gruppe für uns. Wir konnten Grill und Sauna der Unterkunft nutzen. Chekin war jederzeit möglich, die Kommunikation mit Petra sehr gut. Sicherlich ist das Objekt etwas älter, versprüht jedoch auch hier seinen Charme. Sehr kleine Verbesserungspunkte sind Putzmmittel und Geschirrtücher, welche wir nicht ausreichend vorgefunden hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Abgesehen davon, dass wir perfekte Bedingungen zum Ski fahren hatten, war das Haus für uns ideal. Es ist freistehend, sodass man niemanden stört, super sauber, unkomplizierte Buchung und eine super nette Vermieterin. Gerne wieder und zu recht 5 Sterne

Junggesellenabschied

Die Unterkunft hat sich perfekt für den Junggesellenabschied geeignet. Es gab alles was man gebraucht hat und die Lage war auch sehr gut, sodass man direkt von der Unterkunft aus zur Rübezahlalm binnen knapp einer Stunde wandern konnte. Auch der kurze weg in den Ort bzw. zur Talstation Ellmau, wo es zwei Kneipen gab, waren gut.

habe mit meiner Familie den 60.Geburtstag gefeiert.Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend.Konnten schon früher rein und am Abreisetag länger bleiben.Sie stellte mir sogar einen Sekt zum Geburtstag auf den Tisch.Haus so richtig urig und gemütlich.War eine richtig tolle Feier

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Das Haus hat auch so eine Art von Hüttencharakter. Es hat alles super geklappt. Von der Buchung, zum Einchecken und beim auschecken. Das Haus hat auch einen super Standort, sodaß man Nachts auch mal laut sein kann und lange feiern kann. Wir waren auf jeden Fall rundum zufrieden.

Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Geschirr in ausreichenden Mengen, mehrere Duschmöglichkeiten, Liegestühle, Grill, Bügeleisen und Brett, ....einfach alles :) Die Highlighits sind : Holzherd und Sauna!

Toller 50 ste Geburtstag

Das Objekt liegt in perfekter Lage. Am Ende des Ortes Ellmau. Sehr gut geeignet für Feiern da man niemanden stört . Haben Gartenpartys gefeiert mit lauter Musik. Das Haus selber hat genügend Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer für 10 Personen. Ist ein altes sehr gemütliches Haus mit sehr viel Charme . Persönliche sehr nette Begrüßung !!!

Hatten ein großartiges Wochenende

Waren über ein Wochenende zum Wandern und Feiern in der Hütte. Durch die Alleinlage macht es auch nichts wenn es etwas lauter wird. Das Haus ist richtig schön urig und bietet für 8 Erwachsene genug Platz. Sehr verwinkelt, recht niedrige Decken, wie erwartet. Auch die vielen WCs und Duschen sind ein großes Plus. Die Sauna ist klein, für ca. 4 Personen, aber perfekt um sich aufzuwärmen. Abwicklung mit der Vermietern war problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine urige Hütte in toller Lage

Wer nicht zwingend ein luxuriöses Lodge für seinen Urlaub in den Bergen benötigt, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Das Haus bietet genug Platz. Vor allem die große Menge an Badezimmer und Toiletten macht einen Ausflug in einer größeren Gruppe sehr erträglich :-) Die Küche bietet alles, was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Sauna. Der Kontakt zu Frau Petra Altenrath war sehr gut. Sie hatte sich auch sehr flexibel bezüglich unserer verspäteten Anreise gezeigt. VIelen Herzlichen Dank hierfür :-)

Einfach mal abschalten!

Sehr gemütliche Hütte, urig eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Alles war sauber, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin herrlich unkompliziert. Tolle, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand und dennoch schnell im Zentrum. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl schöner Wanderrouten. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten mit 10 Erwachsenen eine Super Zeit in dem gemütlichen, urigen Haus. Es gibt alles, um ein wenig abzuschalten und zu entspannen. DIe Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief zudem sehr entspannt und unkompliziert ab und wir können diese Hütte nur empfehlen.

Wenn es immer so unkompliziert laufen würde, hätte ich wohl einige graue Haare weniger... zur Unterkunft kann man sagen: Alles sauber Alles da was man zum Leben braucht Betten sehr angenehm Sehr ruhig ( Nachbarn weit weg) Sauna Aussicht super Schnelle Anbindung an Skilift (gefühlt 100 Meter) Negatives ist uns persönlich nicht aufgefallen... Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir dürfen
