"Castle view bungalows are chalet type buildings at the foot of the hill leading up to the castle. There is a decent sized

on site and breakfast comes in the form of a pre-prepared box for two. The drive up to the Castle is short and must be done. The admission of 12 Euros is well worth the money, the views and the frescoes in the three churches are amazing. A word of warning, the footpaths are uneven and the climb is strenuous. " Large five story seafront hotel with probably seven acres of surrounding property. Beach was largely pebble with tiki shade/lounges and towel areas perhaps extending to 300 feet along the coast. Several areas designed for children seemed to be well maintained. The entire hotel has apparently been recently upgraded with new paint/tiling/balcony fixtures/etc. Room was average size with comfortable king bed and simple furniture from the 21st century. Breakfast was nice with numerous choices....
