This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Everything was wonderful. Plenty of 'extras'. The deer came and ate out of my grandson's hand. It really made his 16th birthday memorable. We've stayed in other places over the past 8-10 years and this was by far the best!
