This open concept first floor includes plenty of kitchen space with island, great for playing games or spreading out some apps, a built in beverage cooler, and a coffee maker. Enjoy with the cozy gas fireplace, or head out the sliding glass door to the stamped concrete patio complete with propane fire pit. The first floor is finished off with a game room with a large tv to watch the games, shuffleboard, and an electronic dart board. There is also a half bath.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with dual vanities, along with a full size washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom includes a view of the Holimont ski slopes. There is driveway parking for multiple vehicles and you are just a 3 minute walk to basketball courts, a baseball diamond, a large playground, as well as a pond if you like to fish!
