Just an 8-minute drive from Holiday Valley, 3-minute drive from Holimont, and only 4 minutes from the charming village of Ellicottville, this is your ideal base for skiing, hiking, golfing, dining, and exploring. Inside, you'll find a king bed, full bed, two twin beds, and a queen bed, twin bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, getting ready for the day is a breeze. The cozy living room even has a bunk bed for extra sleeping space. We can't wait to welcome you to our lovely retreat!

We mostly just hung out at the house. There were 11 of us and plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful views and close to town! Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect quick getaway

Very nice area, easy access and quite. Jist off the beaten path for privacy and freedom, but not an issue to get to town.
