WELCOME TO YAKIMA RIVER RETREAT
Some places slow you down the moment you pull in. Yakima River Retreat is a newly renovated cedar home on 4 private acres, with 200 feet of your own Yakima River frontage just below the house. Mornings start with coffee on the wraparound deck, afternoons drift down to the riverbank, and evenings end around the fire with a soak in your private 7-person hot tub. With room for 14, a heated game room, and space for up to two dogs, this is a place the whole family, four-legged members included, will want to come back to. Roslyn is 5 minutes away and Suncadia Resort is 10.

WHY YOU SHOULD BOOK YAKIMA RIVER RETREAT
• Your own stretch of the Yakima River. 200 feet of private river frontage just below the house on 4 private acres, with a large grass yard and the kind of privacy that is hard to find.
• A private hot tub and two fires to gather around. Soak seven at a time, then pull up a chair at the outdoor fire pit or the gas fire table when the stars come out.
• Room for 14 across two floors. The main floor master suite has its own en-suite bath, and the lower floor family suite sleeps 6 with a king, a bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa.
• Play all day, rain or shine. The heated game room has a pool table, ping pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, foosball, and shuffleboard, and the yard has room for volleyball, croquet, and badminton.
• Bring the dog, and stay longer. Up to two dogs are welcome with a fully enclosed private deck, and you get 1PM check-in and 1PM check-out on qualifying stays.
