"The room was nice and clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The only real downside was the location which was up at the top of a very steep road which a lot less accessible than portrayed. However, the views from the property were amazing and it was nice to be away from the crazy traffic and noise of Ella town. "

"Staff was wonderful. Hotel was in a residential area so very quiet. There weren't many restaurant options within walking distance but we did find one we liked. The staff was very nice, breakfast was abundant, and the view was phenom! This is close to everything. We hiked the Pekoe Trail, did Little Adams Peak, we wanted to hike Ella Ridge but it had rained all night and the trail was slippery. We'd stay here again!"
