"We have enjoyed staying here when we visit or move in or move out our daughter attending University of Delaware. She is a senior so we probably won't be staying here again. The rooms are very nice with a nice desk area, a couch and a comfortable bed. The pool and work out room are nice and never busy."

"This is a lovely home in the most beautiful setting. The home is very cozy, warm and inviting. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. And, oh, that view! You could sit there all day and look at the beautiful water view. And there are some nice restaurants in nearby Chesapeake City. The owner was very warm and inviting. A great place to stay!"

"The house itself was clean, organized, and had more amenities than we could count. TWO kitchens fully stocked with all that was needed to cook for 15 people. Almost every room in the house is completely renovated and very stylish. The hot-tub was very popular among my older family members. All the games and TVs allowed us to have a really nice family gathering despite the weather. Booking was very easy. Landon was polite, very organized, and answered my myriad of questions.
