"Thousands of dead gnats we had to sweep up. 2 kayaks sunk due to cracks on the bottom of them. Shed was locked first day so kayaks could not be used. Video game broken. Popped balloon fell out of vent on kid, kind of gross. Could be great. Very picked up but definitely not clean. Owner very dismissive of concerns. "
