The staff is nice and they sort of TRY with the grounds--dog poop bags which people may use and broken glass and hallways and stairs which need pressure wash. The building is worn out and infused with smoke from years past---it will never be 'smoke free.' It's cheap but not cheap enough. My clothes still smell of smoke 2 days later. Pay a few bucks more and stay aomeplace else,"
