Room was substandard, people hanging outside the building looked like drug addicts. Cop present was very apparent. Don’t feel safe and the room conditions were dismal. Feet were more dirty after my shower than before. Don’t stay here!!!

We didn’t even stay there and they would not refund. It was horrible and does not resemble the photos at all. The clerk was behind glass because it was so bad and dangerous

Place had a different name and was run down. Did not look anything like the pictures. The Front desk would not honor my reservation and wanted to charge more then the reservation for a room which was a break for me since I didn't want to stay there. My advice stay away

The place looks like a homeless shelter and a poker house - an absolute mess! I arrived at the property at 3am, I had already sent a message through Expedia that I will be arriving late only to come to find out there was no staff on site, the place looks nothing like its depicted in the pictures, there are open drug deals happening on the property, sketchy people, and there was not even a number to dial to get a hold of staff to assist with check-in… an absolute disaster, ending up sleeping in the car as no other hotels in the surrounding had availability!

Never again.

The gentleman who checked me in was nice. But the furniture was all cracked and broken, the shower curtain rod was broken and only hanging on by a bolt. There was no trash can in my room. Parking was poorly lit. Full trash bags outside everywhere. Their pics in the app must have been taken when the property was newer because it was clearly in a poor state for a long time.

Was a place in a pinch, it was what it was at the time. I wouldn't recommend it if I had options. You will get what you pay for. Turned on the light and immediately seen bugs running around the wall and bathroom floor. And the room had a smell to it.

We found mold in the fridge, bathroom and in the cupboard. It was infested with cockroaches and the curtains on the window were just hanging without support. We requested another room and were told non were available. We asked for a refund and were told no refund. They took another $50/- refundable deposit, which I have not received. The description of the property ( pictures etc) are not of this property. Do not stay here. The health department should be informed about this. We did take pictures and videos of the room including the cockroaches. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Horrifying

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Zero cold water roaches. And there was a bullet joke In the ceiling. The beds are gross and uncomfortable. You are better off sleeping outside. DO NOT STAY HERE THE PHOTOS AND ACTUAL ESTABLISHMENT DO NO NOT MATCH.

We had issues on the road and couldn't reach anybody to let them know. When we arrived, there were lights on but noone seemed to be there. I don't remember ever staying somewhere that has noone there in the evening. We had to find another place to stay.

The pictures on line are photo shopped. The pictures were nice however this property is a trap hotel. Its filthy! Run down. The first room they tried to put us in was filthy. Then we asked for a different room and it was just as bad! The bed was nasty. The sink had burn marks. The wall had human boogers on it. The sink had build up dirt around it and the air didnt work. We left and went to anothet hotel. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back. I took pictures and will be posting them on social media!!!!
