We loved Ridgeline Cabin but we did have an issue. The cabin was not cleaned properly before we came and there was dog hair all over. Most importantly, the guest room sheets were not changed before we came. There were many droplets of dog urine on the bed sheets We arrived late at night and I did not notice the first night and my daughter slept on the urine sheets. Very upsetting! I called CCR the next day and told them the issue. CCR came and changed the sheets but then went and put back the comforter with the urine on it without washing. Being that we are in the middle of a pandemic, the cleaning was not what it should have been. That being said, we really did love the cabin except for the above issue.

half of the photos of the house were the club house not the house itself.

The Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Theatre Room ARE NOT PART OF THIS HOUSE. The description on the property is not clear that these are amenities of the clubhouse only. I rented this house based upon the majority of the pictures within the listing which are NOT of the house but of the Club House which I did not realize until we checked in and there was not a pool table, ping pong table nor movie theatre in the house itself. It was discouraging to find this out after arrival. I think the homeowner needs to clarify CLEARLY in the description that these things are part of the clubhouse ONLY. I also found out later from my kids that you have to notify the owners or rental management if you are going to use the clubhouse ahead of time to obtain access to the clubhouse. The house itself is excellent and clean. I give the house a 5 Star but gave it a 4 Star overall due to how it is presented to the public on VRBO and not clearly described in the description that the majority of the photos were not the house itself. I actually rented the house for the games itself and was highly discouraged after checking in.

This cabin was amazing! Breath taking views and stocked with everything you needed! I have small pet allergies, so claritin is definitely needed. The drive up was something to definitely get used to! The people of North Carolina were behind inviting and friendly. Everything is about 20 min away, from Caverns to Ski Slope! Will definitely go back to visit!

Beautiful Home!

Great Home we would consider staying again, however, the only confusing part was we thought the listing stated that the club house was available. When we arrived we were told that we had to put in a request prior in order to use the club house. This was a big let down for the kiddos and I. We had looked at other homes with similar features and all amenities inside home. However, possibly our fault for not inquiring. Definitely worth the money the home is very nice!!!
