The home features two full bathrooms, making mornings and evenings easy and comfortable. With heating and air conditioning, the space stays cozy no matter the season. The patio offers plenty of seating with tables and a propane grill with propane ready for your next BBQ. The sunroom is a great place to have your morning coffee, read a book or just watch the deer graze on the grass. So, whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, the house offers a brilliant setting to unwind. Enjoy your time in Elizabethton at our 1942 charming bright and airy home that sits on a lovely 1.4 acres waiting for you to stroll thru the woods and explore nature.     We kindly ask guests to treat our home with the same care and respect they would their own. To help us maintain a clean, comfortable space for all guests, we have a strict NO smoking and NO unregistered guests policy.

    The basement provides access to the laundry area, but please use extra caution when using the basement stairs. The steps are very steep, and children should not enter the basement without adult supervision.
