"Found hair on our sheets and pillows. They also seemed to have other stuff left on sheets. Bathroom also wasn’t clean."

"We only stayed the one night as a stop over on a long leg of our Deep South road trip. The property was fine but out of the half a dozen Holiday Inn Express we are staying in this one didn’t just hold a deposit for extras. It actually took $20 which apparently it repays on departure. Several days on I still haven’t seen it return to my credit card. But what I don’t get is why it has to operate differently from its fellow hotels and any other on our trip and actually take a payment. Maybe IHG can speak to them and stop such a practice."

"Older hotel. Needs lots of maintenance. There was hair in our bathtub, drawers wouldn’t close on dresser. No outlets near beds for chargers. Worked for the price and a night stay. "

The guide that I had hired to take us fishing during our stay contacted us and told us that the weather the week we were going to be there was more than likely going to prevent us from going out so he refunded us our money so as not to waste it. This was outside your alls refund window by a couple of days so you all and the owner gladly kept our money. Legally done but morally sad. Not to worry though, lesson well learned and will never even consider using you all again."

"The pictures don't do it justice. It is decorated so cute . It's very clean and well stocked. Nice plush towels and fantastic showers. Beautiful scenery. Close to food and entertainment. We will stay here again!"

"It's a cute cabin, plenty of room for your boat and trailer to sit. It needed a few things fixed that was reported to the owner. Overall it was pretty clean, except the bathroom. They left snacks for us."
