My husband and I lived in EC for decades, and needed a place to stay while visiting friends for a couple days. I was happy to find this second floor unit which has a a half-bath, kitchen, living room, and a small deck off the living room on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. We found everything clean and tidy.
We did not have an opportunity to do any cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, but everything looked clean and in good working condition. We slept very well in the bedroom facing the river. It was very quiet. I am not sure how quiet the other bedroom would be since the road traffic could be heard during all waking hours on the first floor.
I received clear to understand instructions prior to our check-in, and the instructions were equally clear in the welcome book found on the kitchen table. I only wish I was familiar with doors using digital entry codes since we had a difficult time try to wake it up in order to enter our passcode. Nonetheless, we eventually woke it up; it just took us a little extra time.
