"Our stay was excellent! Staffs were super nice. Breakfast was spectacular! However.... The floor drain of the shower iroom n room 242 drains super slow when you use the big shower head on the ceiling. Other than that,we had an amazing stay! Definitely will come back!"

"The staff are awesome, polite and very accommodating to customer’s needs particularly to Jhun-the security manager. He is showing highly professional decorum on his job. I would recommend this resorts to everyone. Its location, modern facility and cleanliness are highly impressive. To include its safety environment is beyond par from its competitors I’ve had been staying in Panglao. Keep it that way and we’ll keep coming back with some of our friends and family members. "The restaurant staff was great — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the service felt pretty laid‑back, and getting assistance outside the restaurant wasn’t easy. The place itself is quiet and feels private, which is nice, but the food overall is just average with nothing particularly special. We visited the herb garden and the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable, which was a good experience. The biggest inconvenience is the layout. The check‑in counter is extremely far from the rooms. It’s manageable on arrival, but checking out is a hassle because you have to walk a long distance with your bags. They have a golf cart that could easily help guests get to the port, but it just sits in the garage instead of being used. Other than the few standout staff, the overall experience is just okay."
