"I didnt even use the word Magical when i went to Disney lol this place was just a Dream! We had a Magical stay. Laura graciously checked us in and immediately recomended we pop by the rooftop bar which was so elegant and cozy and perfect to unwinding on a soft couch with a tasty bevarage in one hand. We even went back at night when all the beautiful lights got turned on. It was romantic, elegant, and just a perfect spot to disconnect from daily life. The room was so luxurious and comforting and they even had a phone charger in case you forgot yours. The bathroom was serine and i loved how soft and clean the bed was. When we checked out, Andy had such a great attitude and was super considerate if we enjoyed our stay and i appreciate that touch of professionalism from hotel staff. I didnt use the Valet parking but the guys all said hi and good morning and good afternoon and they were very nice as well! Woodfield Mall and Coopers Hawk are literally across rhe street and there are so many options for dining and entertainment arpund this Hotel. I will be coming back again for some much needed pampering. "

"Got a good deal on this room. I was weary based on the looks outside but was pleasantly surprised inside. None of the rooms have microwaves or refrigerators but that didn’t bother me. Safe was friendly and check in was quick. There was a ring type security camera outside the front door for safety. General common areas were clean and zero complaints. Our room was clean, blankets fresh and everything worked. Was a very basic room. No bells or whistles but clean. The bathroom was tiny but water was hot. For a quick trip it was definitely adequate. "

"Needed a place to stay due to a flight delay. shuttle pick up at 1:00 am ! Great price, friendly staff, clean place w/breakfast and shuttle to airport in the Morning. Everything went smooth in a chaotic moment at the airport, thanks to Super 8!"
