My stay began with a 20-minute wait to check-in and then another 20-minute wait while a room was prepared. I arrived well after the check-in time so I don't understand why I could not immediately be taken to my room. The staff did not apologize for the delay nor was I offered any kind of compensatory gesture.
I dined in the restaurant between breakfast and lunch, and was largely ignored by waitstaff. I waited so long for my check that I eventually left without paying thinking they would just bill my room. Eventually someone chased me down and provided me with a bill.
Given the number of similar properties in the area, I don't think I would stay here again.
