Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance."

"Was not happy with our stay. Got there at 15:30 and the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Check-in time was at 15:00. Told me it was because there was a late check-out. It was still unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the blinds were disgustingly dirty. They tried to cover up the smoke with a wall glade plugin. Just not happy at all. "

"This property was perfect for my stay in the area I was visiting. Patrea was very helpful during the check in process and easy to reach. The property is located on a main road, so you do hear the traffic - but not bothersome enough for me not to book again."
