"This hotel was perfect for the price. Close to the beach. Right downtown. Nice happy hour. We didn’t utilize the restaurant. Each room has a different theme which housekeeper allowed use to see when cleaning. Staff was quite polite"

"property was exactly as described. Great location close to Elberta and Frankfurt beaches. Was easy to check in and plenty of room for our whole family. 5 bedrooms plus a pull out couch in the 'second' living room. Contract said check out was at 11am but actually had to be out by 10am. Would recommend this home for any large group, plenty of room and lots of bathrooms."

"This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, overlooking the beach, walkable to town and very spacious. There were beach toys and chairs, outdoor games - even two SUPs! The grounds are well maintained and full of blooming plants. Our group of nine enjoyed ourselves. We could have used a few more pots and pans , but got by ok."

"We had a wonderful week here and the location is hard to beat. The views are beautiful, the beach is just steps away, and it’s an easy walk into Frankfort. We also enjoyed the family photos throughout the house and even found ourselves trying to piece together the family tree!That said, the house could use some maintenance and better stocking, especially for larger groups. While it’s advertised to accommodate a large number of guests, we found there weren’t enough bath towels, only one beach towel, limited toilet paper, too few cereal bowls and not enough silverware for our group of 12.The basement also had a strong musty smell, an overfull dehumidifier, and a bedroom that didn’t feel suitable for sleeping because of the dampness. There were a few maintenance issues as well, including a closet door off its hinges in the basement and a first-floor tub/shower that wouldn’t drain because the stopper was stuck closed.Sleeping arrangements were tighter than expected. The attic futon was very thin and uncomfortable and didn’t function well as a regular bed, so we ended up rearranging where everyone slept.Overall, we made wonderful memories here and really enjoyed our stay thanks to the fantastic location. With a few repairs, some updated furnishings, and better stocking for the number of guests advertised, this property could be an exceptional rental."
