"All of the staff at this lovely hotel were friendly and welcoming. Valet parking was really good and driving through the narrow streets of Seville to get there is an adventure in itself. Our room spread over three levels so we had loads of space. The bathroom (with an actual bath!) with luxurious toiletries was particularly noteworthy. There was only one small window and not much of a view so the bedroom felt a little claustrophobic but the bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. Staff in the dining room were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really good. "
