"The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

"The location was astounding to me. One of the last places in El Sarrat thus brining you closer to the natural beauty of the region that so appeals to me. Sit on your private balcony listening to the rushing water of the stream just meters from the hotel Decent breakfast buffet! Room was on smaller side than I am used to and dessert was burned."

"A very positive experience overall. Very friendly - and helpful - staff. Splendid location: how often do you get to stay in a hotel that’s situated 1500m above sea level? Car required if you wish to visit the surrounding sites and places. We made it a point to visit restaurants in other villages as well as in Andorra La Vella, and immerse ourselves in the lovely Andorran ambience. We visited in low season but we’re rewarded with a very

holiday."

"Wonderful location in the mountains within easy walk to town. Very close and easy drive for a day trip to Andora. Beautiful pool and wonderful steam room to enjoy after a day out touring . Staff couldn’t have been nicer or accommodating . Breakfast was excellent."

"Good old-school workaday hotel. Staff very pleasant. Rooms comfortable though no aircon, which could have been useful given the hot weather at the time. For the price, however, a very agreeable stay. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good and very good value. Free secure parking for my motorcycle which was much appreciated. I would return."
