"Great place and very clean. Any issues we had Sergio resounded quickly to fix any issues and offered many recommendations since we weren’t familiar with the area. There is a new condo building going up in front of this one so the view was 75% obstructed and it was a little noisy. Very safe area and had no issues while on property. Restaurants within a 15-20 min drive, get your groceries before as the store next door is pricey. Would book again :) "

"Siempre vamos a este hotel y las habitaciones q nos tocan son las viejas no estan tan mal pero tampoco son las mejores la comida es súper rica y la atención genial"

"The overall property is very beautiful, located in a forest setting. The open air restaurant with its observation deck is a great place for birdwatching since there are feeders at the edge of the deck and the staff puts out fruit and seeds early when the birds are active. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly! And the location is very near the river tours and Carara National Park. The only negative thing we can offer is that the standard room is very basic, and shows some signs of needing renovation. We had no hanging closet and no furniture with drawers, so were living out of our suitcases. Still, we loved everything else and would return, but maybe try to get an upgraded room. My overall summary: a 5 star experience, with a 3 star room. Pura Vida!"

"Once we found the location it was lovely. It was wonderful to have a sitting area as well as a pool to relax in after being out all day. The location is very safe and very modern. Our space was roomy and provided all we needed to cook our own meals and relax well. The person we communicated with via WhatsApp was very personable and responded quickly. On site staff (grounds people) were kind and accessible. It is difficult to find as it is surrounded by a high fence with green covering. Looking for the modern building you see in the fotos won’t help as that beautiful building is behind the gate. The one critique we have is that sheets and towels seemed poorly laundered. They were stained. All else was very good and we recommend the location as it privides easy access to activities in Tarcoles and Jaco."
