Superb apartment in the best place in town, right in the heart of the historical center full of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, discos, and coffee shops. All is just on the doorstep. The fine sandy beach is just 1,75 km away, while the train station is just 800m from the apartment. Ferry boat station to Cádiz is 700m away.
Fully renovated in 2024 and fully equipped apartment with central air-conditioning for all rooms. It is on the first floor with a lift and a typical Andalusian patio entrance.
