Luxury oceanfront duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a rooftop pool & own rooftop terrace with bbq. The amazing sea view from the living room and terrace plays marvelous sunsets every evening. The apartment is newly built in 2022, and it has its own underground garage and a lift.
Beautiful fine sandy beach Fuentebravía is 100m from the apartment. It has smooth and shallow access to the pleasant sea nicely warmed up in the season. There is TK3 bar right on the sand open all year
