Villa 'Casa en Olivera' 3km from the Coast with Private Pool & Wi-Fi

The house is part of 2 independent houses separated by a porch, on a 2.5ha estate with olive trees and carob trees. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The decoration is in a rustic style and has furniture and antiques for sale. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services. Both a crib and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (available between May 1st and November 15th), a garden and a barbecue.

The location is 10 minutes both from the coves of the fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar and the village of El Perelló, which allows you to enjoy the sea and the mountains.
