The hotel was clean, the rooms had very cute kitchen set uos and the breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and kind. They were the Best part of the hotel.

The room was nice with kitchenette; however, we were only staying one night before a flight at 6 am the next morning. The television screen in our room did not have connection - no TV. Front desk said technician was not available and when asked offered no refund. Then, while trying to sleep because of early flight.... a terrible noise awoke me. It sounded like someone was running a power tool! Unable to sleep, I called front desk at 11:30 pm. This clerk was very kind, said he would walk the hallways and listen. However, at 12:30 am, I heard it again. This time I realized that it was the refrigerator compressor, in the refrigerator in our room!! Solution - I turned off the refrigerator. I reported it to the front desk in the morning. Again, no offer of compensation. I don't know if the hotel has repaired the TV Direct TV connection or if they have repaired the refrigerator. If you are staying here, be sure to test/check/listen for everything in room as soon as you arrive. We did not have the breakfast or use any amenities; it was just to be a good rest before early flight - not.

Free parking or not?

Booked a 5 day stay at this hotel thru Hotels.com., which stated “free parking”. On arrival I was told there would be a $10 per day parking fee. Checked the hotel’s website which states “parking available. No gated parking. No one checking on who is parking. Corporate greed on the part of the hotel and inaccurate property information by Hotels.com resulted in having to pay an extra $50. This property is not in New York or LA to be charging parking fee. Hotels.com needs to verify their claim of free parking.

En general bien, solo no aceptan pago en efectivo

En general bien, no me gustó que no aceptan pago en efectivo. Y adicional a eso te hacen un cargo como deposito en garantía sin avisarte el cual es equivalente al monto que estas pagando por tu estancia. Ya pasaron días y aun no me reembolsan, supongo que lo harán pero es un inconveniente porque puedes traer un presupuesto para tu tarjeta.
