Worst experience ever

Do not book this property. I was cancelled after check in time, to be exact almost 4pm. I was the one that reached out to find out what was happening. I was told by the property manager that the property was rented before me and the property had not been cleaned so that’s why he cancelled. If that is not bad, all the hotels in El Paso were all booked due to cold play concert. I spent 4 hours trying to find a place to stay. I finally found one room which was of course overpriced. Vrbo did do everything possible to help me out and make it right. However, after this experience, I don’t plan to ever rent a house again.
