Conveniently located near Sunland Park and Mesa, this newly remodeled home boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, and a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer as well as an iron/ironing board. A fully stocked, modern kitchen, large dining room, and dedicated workspace in the primary bedroom make this house feel like home away from home. The common areas feature ample seating, smart TVs, and in the den there is an arcade style console with over 17,000 games. Enjoy the Sun City’s beautiful weather in one of our outdoor areas. The central atrium has rocking chairs and string lights offering a quiet, peaceful space.
