"Not fresh breakfast and no one was cleaning anything up, asked for new sheets because there was food crumbs when we first got into our room and trash on the floor and was told there aren't any clean sheets available. You would think the next day they'd figure that out and try to fix the issue but no one even checked or came by "

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and safe area. The breakfast was ok, very simple. Plenty of parking but there a lot of semi trailers there taking up many spaces but still no real issues finding a spot."

"1 star. Avoid this place. Booked because of the decent rating and low price for a quick overnight stop, but the room was filthy and unacceptable. At check-in I was told the only issue was the AC, but when I opened the door the room was disgusting — dirty, rundown, and nothing like I expected based on the listing and rating. I immediately went back and asked for a refund. From a distance, the pool also appeared either empty or so dirty it looked brown, which added to the overall impression of neglect. After a long day on the road, this was the last thing I needed. Travelers deserve clean accommodations, even at a budget motel. I left and booked elsewhere. Would not stay here."

"Sometimes you just go to a property on an off day and sometimes you just have a bad experience that is not the norm and I feel like that's what happened to me so I don't want to paint this as a nightmare hotel. The common areas are REALLY REALLY nice. The bar, the restaurant, the pool & Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi wasn't hot when I wanted to get in around 8pm. They tried their best to heat it up but it takes some time so I ended up going to bed before it got hot. A bummer but they at least did something about it to try to make it work out for me. It seems like the rooms are very hit or miss. Mine was pretty nasty if I'm going to be honest. I had a king bed room and the furniture was chipped, stains on the carpet and the bathtub had black mold, paint in it, rust around the drain (no drain cover) and chips in the actual tub. That was my second room since there were some kind of bugs in the bed in my first one. The next morning I saw some rooms that had double beds that looked really nice so, maybe get a room with double beds and you'll be better off The staff was great, They hire very cool people. There were apologies and they were super nice. The next day it looked like they had the Jacuzzi working and people were having a really nice time out there so like I said, I think maybe I just had an uncharacteristically bad experience that isn't the norm. But I'd say the quality of the rooms don't match the quality of the common areas so be prepared for that shocker."

"Room was very dirty. There was hair in the shower, stains onthe walls/ shower curtains, stains on the blankets, cigarette burns on the comforters, mold in the coffee maker, and it smelled like sewer. Horrible stay. Never again!"
