"If I could give negatives, I would.It was absolutely terrible and I have the pictures. The staff in the morning did address and gave me a discount, however I am i'm greatly disappointed and would like to share pictures with you. There was hair on the beds, torn sheets. Absolutely no hot water and I wasn't the only one who brought this to their attention. I honestly think I should have a full refund."
