Hot tub is broken. Staff reported no cook on site for dinner. 3 day stay. Room do not get cleaned, had to ask for clean towels and coffee

The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park
A wonderful hotel and staff. Recent renovation and high quality rooms. Room service and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent. The location in downtown is great. Enjoyed an early morning Sunday walk. Will stay again.

The rooms are stuffy, old and dirty. The telephone was not connected. The furniture in the room is old and used.
