"Leider war die Ausschreibung der Anlage zum Teil falsch. Die Anlage war nicht fussläufig von Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars gelegen, sondern mindestens 10 AUTOMINUTEN und mitten im Nirgendwo. Das sollte DRINGEND geandert werden, denn wenn man sich darauf verlässt, ist dasziemlich argerlich. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schöne, auch der pool"

"Desde qué llegamos el inicio fue psimo, El sitio está muy mal señalizada. Directamente no hay una señal donde diga qué ahii es.. La comunicación por parte de la dueña es HORRIBLE, no ayuda prácticamente en nada, nada mas llegar Vemos que hay un avispero en el "porche" q x cierto nos dicen que quitaran al dia siguiente y no hicieron, directamente tuvimos nosotros que avisar q xfavor lo quitaran.. no pudimos ventilar el apartamento que falta le hacia xq entraban las avispas.. luego y MUY...

"Pasamos un fin de semana genial. Una casa rural rural, con su campo y animales cerca. Lo pasamos de maravilla y la casa nos encantó, sobre todo la zona de la piscina :) "

"We loved the house and the facilities both indoors and outdoors which was ideal with having five children with us, made all the better by some glorious weather. There were some disappointments which we lived with but which in truth fell short of acceptable standards for a rental property such as the kitchen where there was no kettle and the oven did not work nor did some of the cooker hob plates and in the showers the shower heads were not fit for purpose. We chose to live with and work around...

"An apartment like no other, with a view that was a highlight of our three weeks in Spain. It’s rustic, to be sure, but clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Coffee on this deck in the morning, and a glass of wine at sunset made for an incomparable visit. Isabelle was terrific about helping us find our way through the maze of ancient streets, and even did a little grocery shopping for us before our late arrival. You won’t find a friendlier or more helpful VRBO host. "

Not only was the apartment completely equipped, clean, and peaceful, but this couple made sure I felt so welcomed and at home. There’s even an Aldi a one minute walk away from the house! "Gustavo was a very kind and helpful Host. His family is lovely and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We stayed there on our way to the Sevilla airport and it was about 20 minutes from there. My biggest surprise was the neighborhood which you had to enter with a locked gate and the entire development was inside of a fence with razor wire at the top. The house itself was clean, but the beds were not that comfortable."

"Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila de la urbanización y muy cerca del pueblo en coche. Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia tanto nosotros como nuestras perritas, que también eran bienvenidas en los restaurantes."

Donc gestion castatrophique de Novasol et remboursement très compliqué chez NOVASOL. Conclusion évitez de louer ce bien (Arnaque).et evitez de passé par NOVASOL"

"Our third visit, and our stay was as special as both previous ones. Peacefulness, remoteness, spotlessly clean room, very efficient A//C, light comfy lounge area. The swimming pool was much appreciated, as was the poolside bar (weekends) and the delicious food from the Oromana restaurant - open Monday - Saturday evenings and weekend lunchtimes. But... what makes this hotel exceptional is it's staff. Waiting staff, housekeeping, behind the scenes staff we never met, and reception staff were polite and professional. Reception staff in particular were helpful, organising taxis, restaurant bookings and drinks durung the day when the bar wasn't manned. All the reception staff worked very hard, and went above and beyond to fulfil our requests. But one gentleman stood out. Thankyou Fran for taking time to make us feel extra special - always a smile, handshake, advice on festivals we may enjoy another year and he produced an iron and extra coat hangers in a flash. He made us feel we were friends as well as guests. Thank you Fran, for your genuine wishes that we had a good stay at The Oromana."

"I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me. "
