"My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic."

Ilya also provided several recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and activities that made our stay very memorable. "Overall a great stay. Things recommended to fix is the shower as it sprayed water when showering and there was mold/water in the utility closet. There was black mold on the chairs in the closet."

"This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach."
