Hotel not sutable for guests. No hot water. No food or drink available. Dirty. Smelly. Booked 3 nights. Stayed 1. Still waiting for refund. Messaged Hotel.com numerous times. Still waiting. Will not use them again.

On check-in, the wash hands basin in our room was blocked and had murky water in it. Other than that the room was acceptable. Most disappointingly, the swimming pool was out of commission. The breakfast menu was very limited and the area adjacent to the dining room hadn't been cleaned for some time. The staff tried hard but were very young and inexperienced. On the plus side, the gym was well equipped.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly.. free breakfast is not to bad but otherwise is nice

This hotel has potential but is in need of a lot of work. We paid for breakfast which was non existent. The bathroom in the room does not even have a door so there is no privacy if room sharing. Nowhere to hang towels. Staff do not clean rooms unless asked and even then only make bed not clean or replace towels.
