"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. "Despite the swimming pool being renovated and our stay was in the middle of two typhoons (Tino and Uwan), room/amenities and staff were overwhelmingly attentive, accommodating and helpful. Apart from taking a private tour from Palawena (island hopping), we were also able to visit the Miniloc and Pangulasian islands during our stay. Special thanks to the front desk team (Devine, Mheanne and Fran?), food and beverage team (Sanders, Carla and Jocelyn), housekeeping (Christine) and Lifeguard Ed + security guy. "

"Staff was the best - from the time got off the plane, a private car took us to the welcome center. We were serenaded, and provided traditional mirienda while we waited for the private boat that took us to the most pristine Pangalusian Island. It’s one of the best vacations I experienced."
