"Our stay here was value for money. It is exaclty what it looks like in the pictures and description, so read closely. Not exactly a hotel but a nice room in an apartment with hotel ammenities. Room was clean, linen not the best, however wardrobe, fridge, separate bathroom, and tea and coffe facilities are included. We were also made a complimentary breakfast for our first morning. All staff and occupants in the apartment are lovely and extremely helpful. We were offered airport pick up at 1200...
"Beautiful view of the pyramids. Staff was exceptional throughout my stay. Clean, friendly, polite and most importantly helpful. I can't say that I've had a better hotel experience in my life. I can say anything bad about my experience. "
"The bathroom looked like it had mold, the cabinet smelled, and the door did not lock properly ( they did not fix it even when I asked). The pool was nice but other than that there is no appeal."
"The property did not meet our expectations! Definitely not what we booked. Only one room was a suite, despite paying for two deluxe suites! During our stay of three nights, we did not have our rooms serviced! There were no eating areas nearby for tourists. Area outside of motel was disgustingly dirty! Many stray dogs and dead dogs! Definitely would not recommend this motel!"

"Had very good memory of this hotel. Grand. Resort style. Hugh, beautiful pool and surroundings. Very green! Really good staff. Hazem Mohammed made our stay special. Great person, befitting his position as chief concierge. We travelled independently so he made sure we got what we needed for going out around town. Other staff members provided necessary attention too. And Naser our room attendant went above and beyond to make it comfortable to stay there.
Eating had to be in if not out in a taxi. One main buffet room, a cafe, an Italian and a Japanese. Buffet is quite good. Plus, a really good liquor bar that we frequented every evening that made our very good drinks.
Wifi is not reliable at all. Smoking is allowed, and seems everywhere.
Bed is comfy and shower hot and strong. We were happy!

"A short term stay! Had a very large booking that was arranged by Mohammed at the reception very smoothly and quickly, incredible spa services from Heba and Jihan would highly recommend! The rooms were great standard rooms and great for short stays especially if going to the local airports nearby! The staff are amazing and always come around to ensure everything is going well and if we required anything for our rooms. The food and alcohol was a little bit over priced in comparison to what we had been paying in other areas and hotels! You will require to catch local transport or taxi’s as it is away from the city. The overall experience was great and would highly recommend again! Thank you! "
"This property has ten-star rating from me. Fromand his family are such wonderful people. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are spacious. The museum's view is excellent because it includes the pyramids. They offer a great view to capture those precious moments and a superb breakfast on the terrace."
"It was an absolute pleasure staying at Noya. It's the perfect getaway right at the outskirts of Cairo. It's also perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay around the pyramids and the museum.
The view from the rooftop is amazing...you get to see the pyramids and a unique view of Cairo.
The place is very well kept (the gardens, the pool, the rooms...etc.) and the interior design is quite tasteful.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and generous with their time and treats.
I will certainly become a regular. "
