"We had a fantastic stay at the Steigenberger. Our room was beautiful—very clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a great balcony with comfortable seating and an awesome view of the Nile, which made it even better. The restaurants were excellent, especially the Thai restaurant—it was a standout for us. The breakfast buffet was also really good with tons of variety, so there was something for everyone. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and overall the whole property felt very well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, we don’t have anything negative to say—would definitely stay here again."

"Hard to find anything bad to say about his place. Breakfast was incredible, staff wonderful, pool nice, and comfortable beds. Also try the Sunflower restaurant just down the street for a lunch snack."

"Not safe for travelers. The manager is not a professional. At 5pm on Feb 22 Sunday, he banged on my door, in a hoodie, without identifying himself. He demanded $25 for airport tranfer. Then I realized this was the manager, one Bahaa. I asked him if that was him, and offered my hand. He merely said $25 dollars. The room itself is clean but very shabby. The linens are ragged. The water heater leaks. None of the electric sockets or lights work. Do not be fooled by the nice garden. Americans and Europeans whe expect professionalism will not be happy. I left the next day for a hotel free of the scams being run from this establishment. Make it easy on yourself, go somewhere safe and clean. "

They also assisted me in organizing my day trips with a reliable and trustworthy guide, which made the experience even better.
