"We had an amazing 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the location is excellent, but more importantly, there are not enough superlatives to describe the staff. Mariano, Candela, and the excursion planner Ignacio did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. There are not enough superlatives to describe the attentiveness and personalization of service that they offered. Could not recommend this place more highly."

"We had no electricity from 9pm to 7am. The keys are old metal keys that you need to enter blindly into a whole, we kept earing people swearing while turning their keys 17time before their doors open. Its so incredibly noisy. The bed was comfy and the shower hot, theres easy parking too. But for the noise id recommend something else if you need to sleep early/well pre-hiking."

"The clean rooms and beautiful views were a highlight. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, providing excellent information about hikes and other activities. We even had to take a 3:00 a.m. bus, but the staff went above and beyond by packing us a delicious breakfast and leaving it for our early morning departure."
