"Large and comfortable room, great breakfast and very helpful staff"

"Whilst the accommodation was modern, comfortable and spacious what stood out was the customer service. The entire team were very helpful in answering questions about what to do, where to eat and also very attentive to the details like what hiking equipment was needed after some fresh snow. I actually left my wall charger in the room and I messaged the property thinking I'd never see it again as I had only realised it when I reached El Calafate. The staff found it and promised to send it to me by bus and wouldn't charge me anything. It eventually reunited with it and I'm full of gratitude."

"Lovely hotel, very conveniently located, especially for the Laguna de los tres and good bars and restaurants. Great very hot showers, perfect after a trek, and nice breakfast. Staff were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time! "

"We had an excellent stay at Camp Chalten, the hospitality we experienced was unlike anything we have ever experienced before. It was truly luxurious camping with turndown service every night and some of the best food we have ever had We had several mishaps related to our car breakdown and weather, and the employees went out of their way to assist us and ensure that we continued to have an enjoyable stay. We would recommend this a thousand times over!"

"This hotel has the best WiFi in all of El Chalten. Wherever we went it was so bad. The views are like no other because the hotel sits on top of a hill. Service was excellent, especially from Florencia who helped me practice my Spanish. We had dinner here one night and food was spectacular. Our stay was very memorable "
